Official launch of brand logo of China’s Glory

The year of 2017 witnesses its 24th anniversary of China’s Glory. After over 20 years’ development, China’s Glory will initiate upgrading and transformation and officially launch new logo at the same time, ushering in “a new journey”. 

China’s Glory originates from Shanghai Chengpin Real Estate, a new overall business which was founded in 1993. Shanghai Chengpin Real Estate is affiliated to America ARC Real Estate Development Company which was founded in 1978 and is the first multi-national comprehensive real estate provider to enter the Chinese market. In 2003, the team members from former Shanghai Chengpin Real Estate integrated resources and established China’s Glory. From 1993 to 2017, China’s Glory is gradually developing into a “one-stop professional real-estate provider” and participates in project-establishing, investing, locating, designing, selling, investment-inviting, etc. so as to provide more thorough, efficient and enforceable services for real estate enterprises.   

“China’s Glory” implies inheriting the Chinese national spirit, building corporate culture and supporting long-term development. The upgrading of China’s Glory’s logo shows that real estate industry is entering a new development cycle and manifests the philosophy that China’s Glory complies with the upgrading and transforming with “good timing” to build a “one-stop professional real-estate provider”.  

The logo of China’s Glory takes “round and square structure” as the theme, implying “extensive knowledge and honest action”. It means that the “units” of enterprise must connect closely and supplement each other to achieve “completeness”. “Harmony and unity”, corporate culture of China’s Glory, holds that “Unity among people is more important than good timing”. It also focuses on cohesion and cooperation, mutual tolerance and symbiosis. “Jiu Yuan” refers to the largest number (nine) in single digit, implying infinite potential of China’s Glory.
